A team of police officials of PS 34, under the close supervision of Sh. Charanjit Singh Virk, CPS, DSP/South Division, headed by Inspector Davinder Singh SHO/PS-34 succeeded in arresting a Proclaimed Offender namely Amandeep Singh age 40 yrs S/o Hardev Singh R/o H.No. 425, Sector 80, Mohali, Punjab, who was declared Proclaimed Offender on 08.05.2017 by the Court of Sh Khushal Singla, JMIC Chandigarh in case FIR No. 560, date 06.11.2012, U/S 379, 411 IPC PS-34 Chandigarh and it has also came to light that he had travelled many times to United States.
It has also been came to know that the accused Amandeep Singh is also Proclaimed Offender of Punjab Police in case FIR no. 83 dated 19.07.2014, U/s 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, Police Station, Phase-XI, Mohali, Punjab. Concerned police station has been intimated regarding the same. The accused was produced in the Court today and sent to judicial custody.
