A case FIR No. 171, U/S 174A IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the orders of Ms. Pratima Singla, JMIC, Distt. Court, Sector-43, Chandigarh against Sunny Tanti R/o House No. 186, Gulmohar Complex, Kharar, Distt SAS Nagar (PB) who was declared proclaimed offender by the Hon’ble Court on 17.08.2022 and who failed to appear before the Hon’ble Court in pursuance of issuance of the proclamation. Investigation of the case is in progress.
