A case FIR No. 294, U/S 174 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh against Aroop Bhatacharya and Shyam Pada Bhatacharya Both director of Rebuild Management Consultant Pvt Ltd, Unit No. 2&3, fifth floor, Royal Business, Singhpura (Zirakpur) in Distt. Mohali (PB), who was declared proclaimed offender by the Hon’ble Court in CIS No. NACT/15658/2019 and who did not appeared before the Hon’ble Court in pursuance of issuance of the proclamation.
