(MOREPIC1) Arrest of Accused/Proclaimed Offender: – With the help of collection of information from different sources (technical & human) and a day/night search. The following mentioned absconding persons have been arrested with secret informer and all the sincere efforts made by HC Ashok Kumar 1179/CP & Sr. C Hardeep Singh 2506/CP:
The case FIR No. 301 dated 19.10.2018, U/s 380,411 IPC was registered at Police Station 19, Chandigarh against accused Ajay Prasad Yadav S/o Sh. Kalika Prasad R/o House no. 542 Village Kaimbwala, Chandigarh and presently residing at Village Badai Ismailpur, PO Badar, Police station- Pipalpur, District –Amethi (UP). T
he accused Ajay Prasad Yadav got absent from the court and he was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Komple Dhanjal JMIC Chandigarh vide order dated 08.09.2022. The accused Ajay Prasad Yadav earlier arrested by Police station 19 when he stolen the AC from sector 20 Chandigarh and produced before the Hon’ble court. After getting the concession of bail he runs away from Chandigarh to his native village in Uttar Pradesh. Today when he come back from his village to Chandigarh and the team of PO cell arrest him from sector 16 Chandigarh. The accused was produced in the hon’ble court of Sh. Randeep Kumar JMIC Chandigarh (Duty Magistrate) court and sent to judicial custody.
Secondly the case FIR NO. 86 dated 27.04.2020 U/S 188 IPC Police Station Maulijagran Chandigarh against accused Amandeep S/o Sh. Nachhatar Singh R/o House no. 3179, Maulijagran Complex Chandigarh. The accused earlier arrested by the Police Station-Maulijagran and disobeying the order of District Magistrate Chandigarh.
After taking the benefit of bail, the accused namely Amandeep got absent from the court. He was declared Proclaimed offender by the court of Sh. Jaspreet Singh Minhas JMIC Chandigarh on 02.11.2022. Today the accused was arrested from his house and produced in the hon’ble court of Sh. Randeep Kumar JMIC Chandigarh (Duty Magistrate) court and sent to judicial custody.
