ARREST OF ACCUSED/PROCLAIMED OFFENDER: – With the help of collection of information from different sources (technical & human) and a day/night search. The following mentioned absconding persons have been arrested with secret information of informer and all the sincere efforts made by ASI Rajpal 3170/CP, ASI Dinesh Kumar 3305/CP, HC Ashok Kumar 1179/CP, HC Manoj Kumar 1477/CP, Sr. C. Hardeep Singh 2506/CP and C. Ranjit Singh 5286/CP:(SUBHEAD)
The FIR No. 62 dated 06.02.2015 U/s 147, 148, 149, 323 IPC, PS-34, Chandigarh was registered against accused Rakesh Kumar S/o Jaipal R/o Model Jail, Chandigarh permanent R/o # 2553/1,EWS Colony, Phase-1, Ramdarbar, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sh. Amandeep Singh, Deputy Superintendent, Model Jail, Burial, Chandigarh that accused (prisoner) attacked on Nambardar namely Varun Sood and Parminder Singh in the barrack No. 3, Model Jail.
On that complaint the case was registered against seven prisoners and they were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court. The accused Rakesh Kumar S/o Jai Pal did not appeared before the Hon’ble Court after concession of bail and he was declared proclaimed person by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Bharat, JMIC, Chandigarh vide order dated 11.10.2022.
One absconded person has been arrested namely Gaurav S/o Sh. Devi Dayal R/o Village Barsu Majra, Tehsil Nriangarh, District Amabal, Haryana. The complaint against him was filed against U/s 138 NI Act by one Navpreet Kaur. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Pratima Singla, JMIC, Chandigarh released on bail by the concerned court.
One another absconded person namely Ashok Malhotra S/o K.C. Malhotra R/o # 1459, Sector-15, Panchkula, Haryana has been arrested U/s 138 NI Act. He was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Gurdeep Kaur, JMIC, Chandigarh vide order dated 27.10.2022. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble concerned court.
