In a major breakthrough PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP/UT Chandigarh Sh. Kuldeep Singh Chahal IPS and in the supervision of DSP/DCC and team headed by Insp. Hari Om Sharma Incharge PO & Summon staff is able to arrest the 02 absconding persons.
With the help of collection of information from different sources (technical & human) and a day/night search. The following mentioned absconding persons have been arrested with secret information of informer and all the sincere efforts made by ASI Ashok Kumar 2812, HC Ashok Kumar 1179/CP, Sr. C. Hardeep Singh 2506/CP and Constable Vakil 4933/CP.
The FIR No. 53 dated 14.04.2017 U/s 379, 34 IPC, PS-26, Chandigarh was registered against accused Honey Sain S/o Sh. Samandar Sain R/o House no. 668, Vikas Nagar Maulijagran Chandigarh Permanent address Village Sikhreda, Police Station Sakeda, District Mujjafarnagar (UP) on the complaint of Vikas S/o Sh. Suresh Kumar R/o House no. 3026 1st floor Sector 27 D Chandigarh.
He stated that he parked the motorcycle in front of his house. When next morning the motorcycle is not there. He checked the camera and noticed that three boys were stealing the Motorcycle & Activa. But the faces of the boys did not clear in the camera. During the investigation and search crime branch Chandigarh arrested accused Honey Sain and recovered activa from his possession.
After getting bail the accused did not come present in court and he was declared Proclaimed offender by the Hon’ble court of Sh. T.P.S Randhawa ACJM Chandigarh on 12.10.2022.The accused shifted to his native village. Today he come to Chandigarh for work and arrested by team of PO cell from back side ISBT 43 on secret information.
One absconded person has been arrested namely Sukhdeep Singh S/o Sh. Sher Singh R/o Ward no. 1 Nisang 34 Nissing Gupta chowk Karnal Haryana. The complaint against him was filed against U/s 138 NI Act by Kotak Mahindra Bank. The accused did not appear in the court and he was declared by the hon’ble court of Sh. Manu Mittu JMIC Chandigarh on 22.10.2019.
