ARMY KID RISHABH EXCELS IN AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV CELEBRATION

As a part of children’s Day celebration, selected students were provided a unique opportunity to speak from the Central Hall of the Parliament of India at New Delhi.These students were selected based on their outstanding performance in various contents conducted to commemorate 75 years of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

It was a proud moment for Indian Army as Rishabh Sethi s/o Brigadier Rohit Sethi belonging to the Jodhpur based Desert Corps Family was one of speakers on the event. He was selected based on his poetic excellence in the All-India Veer Gatha Contest (Super- 25) wherein he authored a beautiful poem about gallant deeds and sacrifice of Armed Forces Bravehearts.

The event was organised by Ministry of Education (Department of School Education & Literacy, Department of Higher Education) and the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (Department of Youth Affairs), Government of India in coordination with Parliamentary Research and Training.
