The team of Crime Branch of Chandigarh Police has arrested one person who tried to cheat in ASI recruitment exam. The accused identified as Anil S/o Ram Chander R/o Vill. Alipura, Teh. Uchana Distt. Jind. Aged 20 years
Crime Branch was given a task to verify certain suspicious application forms and after verification FIR No. 166 dated 30.11.2022 U/S 419,420, 511 IPC Added 467,468,471,120B PS-11, Chandigarh was registered.
On 11.12.2022, during investigation of case Anil who is working as Clerk (LDC) at Army Head Quarter, STC-1, Jabalpur was arrested in the present case. He disclosed that before joining the Army, he run the cyber café in the name of Haryana Photostat at Uchana, Distt. Jind and he filled up the fake form in the name of Rojalesh.
Accused Anil was produced in the Hon’ble Court and 02 days police remand obtained.
