The flagship hotel of CITCO, Hotel Mountview, is honoured with “Swachh Survekshan” award for achieving 2nd Rank in Swachh Hotel Category as a part of Swachh Survekshan 2023 under Swachh Bharat Mission. The Certificate of appreciation was handed over to Shri Anurag Walia , General Manager of Hotel Mountview Chandigarh.
The award has been awarded for its outstanding contribution towards Mission Swachh Chandigarh under Swachh Survekshan 2023, organized by the Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh
A team from the Ministry of Health made a surprise visit to The Hotel Mountview and found the Vicinity of the Hotel spic and span. The team checked the rooms, all the F&B outlets, all the Public & staff toilets, cafeteria, lawns, kitchen garden, rainwater harvesting system, etc(SUBHEAD)
CITCO as a Corporation runs a Tourism and Hospitality industry comprising three Hotels, viz Hotel Mountview, Hotel Shivalikview and Hotel Parkview alongwith , two canteens , IDFC , sales Depot , Chef Lakeview Sukhna Lake , Rock Garden canteen , Bird Park Cafeteria , Transit lodge and 07 Petrol Pumps. All the Hotels/units are adhering to the adoption of Standard Operating procedure under Swachh Survekshan project.
