Good Governance Week is being observed across the state from December 19 to 25 under which Fazilka District has cleared its all pending complaints within stipulated time on PGRS Portal and no complaint is pending beyond the prescribed time limit.

Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal has instructed the officials of all departments to ensure that complaints received on the PGRS portal should be resolved in time. She said that the government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has the main objective that people should not get any delay in getting government services.(SUBHEAD)

The DC said that if a complaint is mistakenly sent online by a complainant to any other department, then that should be forwarded to the concerned department so that the same can be resolved in time. The officials should check their portal on a daily priority basis and ensure to resolve the complaints received on the portal.

Dr. Duggal said that those who cannot file their problems on an online portal, can also complain on helpline number 1100. By filing a complaint on the 1100 number, the concerned department will resolve it. People should take maximum advantage of this service and get their government work done.
