NIFT PANCHKULA CELEBERATES 74TH REPUBLIC DAY IN CAMPUS

NIFT Panchkula celebrated 74th Republic Day in the campus. The campus was filled with the energy of patriotic and pride and why not after all, on this day the constitution of India came into force and our country became a republic.

The Chief Guest of the event Shri Rajan Datt, IRS, Commissioner, Central Excise & CGST Panchkula, and Prof. (Dr.) Amandeep Singh Grover, Director NIFT Panchkula, hoisted the National Flag and started the function. After that, various cultural programs were organized by Dr. Nikita, SDAC, and club advisors. A quiz show was also conducted to raise awareness in the students regarding our country and its constitution and raise their emotions of patriotism in them.

The Guest of Honour of the event, Brigadier H.P.S Bedi, an Indian Army Veteran, highlighted the importance of freedom and how civilians should do their bit of work to raise the country. Mr. Deepak Rana, Joint Director, NIFT Panchkula, thanked all the students and teams who worked hard to make this event a success. The event was then followed by refreshments for all.
