The Supreme court of India has quashed the summons against Sukhpal Singh Khaira, Senior Congress Leader and MLA from Bhulath constituency in Kapurthala Distt, under Section 319 Cr.P.C. in the Fazilka NDPS matter.
The Fazilka Court had issue summon to under Section 319 Cr.P.C. in the Fazilka NDPS matter Mr. Khaira in a release to Media persons, said, ultimately truth prevails and this is what exactly happened in the maliciously false case cooked up against him by various leaders and governments to intimidate me and gag my voice.(SUBHEAD)(MOREPIC1)
The slapping of such a dangerous NDPS case against me was a deep rooted conspiracy to malign me, threaten me and a well planned design of my character assassination. This is a tight slap on all those leaders both within my party and of other parties who tried to marginalize politically and latterly eliminate me physically from the political spectrum of Punjab, added Khaira.
Sukhpal Singh Khaira, further said, with the latest order of Apex Court, the Enforcement Directorrate (ED) case against me will also come to an end. I will divulge full details of conspiracy against me by the then Badal government, Capt. Amarinder Singh government and now the AAP government apart from the vindictive action of BJP government through ED.
