CHANDIGARH ADMIN DIRECTS MC AND ENGG. DEPTT. TO CLEAN WATER TANKS

Committed towards providing enhanced customer experience and working environment for staff at all the Sampark centers in the city, the Department of Information Technology Chandigarh Administration has once again issued directions to the Engineering Department and Municipal Corporation to repair/ renovate infrastructure, upgrade/ clean water tanks and toilets, etc at all the Sampark Centers in a time bound manner and to submit a weekly report.

Responding to the earlier directions by Department of IT, interior work like flooring, paint, etc at Hallomajra, Sarangpur, Dhanas and Daria Mini Sampark centers has already been completed and work is in progress at Raipur Khurd and Maloya centers. Today Rupesh Kumar, IAS Director IT has himself visited few centers and reviewed the work progress. He also considered the suggestions from staff for further improvement.
