ABOUT 2000 PATIENTS EXAMINED AT 36TH EYE CAMP

Lions Club Fazilka organized 36th Eye Examination and Phaco Operation Camp at Shri Ramsharnam Ashram Fazilka. MLA Narinderpal Singh Sawna, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal and SSP Avneet Kaur Sidhu were distinguished guests.

MLA Sawna said that this is a very good initiative of the Club, which has been working for the welfare of the people for so many years.

DC Dr. Senu Duggal and SSP Avneet Kaur Sidhu said that this is a commendable step of the Lions Club and the district and police administration will be ready to help such NGOs.(SUBHEAD)

Lions Club office bearers said that in today's camp about 2000 patients have been given free eye check-ups by expert doctors and medicines have also been given. For the selected patients, free operation will be conducted by the Club; the cost of transport and food will be borne by the Club.

Lions Club Chairman Ajay Singh Sawansukha, Region Chairperson Naveen Kawatra, President Kapil Chugh, General Secretary Manpreet Singh Ahuja, Project Chairman Mandeep Bajaj, Naresh Sachdeva, Mohit Grover, Vinod Nagpal, Daya Krishna Babbar and Ajay Pupneja were also present.
