Operations Cell of Chandigarh Police under the supervision of Sh. Ketan Bansal IPS, Sh. Mridul, IPS, SP/Operations, Sh. Jasbir Singh DANIPS, DSP/OPS Chandigarh and team lead by Inspector Amanjot Singh got a major success in arresting following member of Davinder Bambiha Gang being run by Lucky Patial Gang who has been operated his associates from Foreign through whatsapp and collecting the money from the Businessmen, Hotels, Club, Disc Owner etc.

The accused identified as Mannu Batta S/O Radhey Sham R/O #840, near Bihari Garments, Village Burail Chandigarh age 29 years., Aman Kumar @ Vicky S/o Sheesh Pal R/O VPO Barwala near BDPO office District Panchkula Haryana age 29 years.,  Sanjeev @ Sanju S/o Ram Kumar R/o # 332 Village Maloya UT Chandigarh age 23 years., Kamaldeep @ Kimmi S/O Sudhesh Kumar R/o 365 Village Maloya age 26 years.

  Police said  a case 

During the interrogation of Aman Kumar @ Vicky it has been revealed that “he also friend with prince and he is in constantly in touch with Prince through whatsapp. Prince provided him one weapon for his own protection and for the protection of Kimmi from opposite gang members. Prince asked to aman @ Vikcy whether he has any connections in Jammu and Kashmir and on asking by aman for what you need the connection in J&K Prince told that we have to take revenge of Sidhu Moose wala’s killing by assassinating Babbu Mann & Mankirat Aulukh for this we have arranged bigger weapons (Long range Weapons) like AK 47, and these weapons needs to be collected from Sri Nagar,....... 

He further informed that, on the behest of Lucky Patial his associates namely Mukul Rana Resident of Maloya and presently living in Kharar and his friends namely Mannu Batta Burail are threatening the local Businessmen, Hotel Owners, Night club Owners, Property Dealers, Builders, Restaurant owners, Liquor contractors and other rich persons and collecting the extortion money after threatening them. Secret informer also told that during the upcoming days the associates of this gang can commit major crime in the area of Chandigarh.

On this information the above said Case FIR No. 17 dated 12.03.2023 U/s 384,386,120-B IPC & 25, 54, 59 Arms Act PS-49 Chandigarh was registered accordingly.

During the course of investigation on 12.03.2023, accused Mannu Batta S/O Radhey Sham R/O # 840, Near Bihari Garments, village Burail Chandigarh age 29 years and from him one .32 Bore Sophisticated weapon along with magazine having 05 live cartridges and one Skoda car were recovered.

On 13.03.2023 accused Aman Kumar @ Vicky S/o Sheesh Pal R/O VPO Barwala near BDPO office District Panchkula Haryana age 29 years, Kamaldeep @ Kimmi S/O Sudhesh Kumar R/o 365 Village Maloya age 26 years, Sanjeev @ Sanju S/o Ram Kumar R/o # 332 Village Maloya UT Chandigarh age 23 years were arrested and one .30 Bore Sophisticated pistol along with 06 live cartridges were recovered from accused Aman Kumar, one .32 Bore Sophisticated Revolver along with 06 live cartridges were recovered from accused Kamaldeep @ Kimmi and one .32 Bore Sophisticated pistol along with 06 live cartridges were recovered from Sanjeev @ Sanju S/o Ram Kumar.

PREVIOUS INVOLVEMENT AND PROFILE:  Mannu Batta S/o Radhey Sham, 840, Near Bihari Garments, Village Burail Chandigarh age 29 years Education:-10th drop out Occupation Private Financer., He has a tainted past, he was previously involved in total 02 Cases, out of which one Case is of Excise Act in the year 2022 of PS 34 Chandigarh, Second case is of  during the year -2022, of PS 34 Chandigarh.
 
AMAN ALIAS VICKY:  Aman Kumar @ Vicky S/o Sheesh Pal R/O VPO Barwala near BDPO office District Panchkula Haryana age 29 years Education- BSC Graduate. Occupation- Running a down town café in partnership with Kamaldeep @ Kimmi & Sanjeev @ Sanju at TDI Mall Sector-18 Kharar Mohali., He has no previous history of crime

SANJEEV ALIAS SANJU:  Sanjeev @ Sanju S/o Ram Kumar R/o # 332 Village Maloya UT Chandigarh age 23 years Education:-10th Passed, Occupation :- Running a down town café in partnership with Kamaldeep @ Kimmi at TDI Mall Sector-18 Kharar Mohali.

KAMALDEEP @ KIMMI.Kamaldeep @ Kimmi S/O Sudhesh Kumar R/o 365 Village Maloya age 26 years Education:-10+2 Passed from OPEN BOARD, Occupation :- Running a down town café in partnership with Sanjeev @ Sanju at TDI Mall Sector-18 Kharar Mohali,   No such has been registered against him before current FIR. 

INTERROGATION:  During the investigation of the case accused Kamaldeep @ Kimmi was arrested and on his interrogation he suffered few very important facts revealing to the conspiracy about killing of Surjit bouncer in the year 2020 at Sector 38 west light point. “He disclosed that he is friends with one prince who was earlier resident of khudda Lahora now is residing in Canada.

He got a call from Prince almost of week before the killing of surjit that two persons who are his closed friends and also close to lucky Patial and further requested to provide logistic support to two boys which he later got to know Neeraj Gupta @ Chaska & Deepak Mann. As per the request he provided them logistic support and Mukul Rana helped them in racky (ऱऱऱऱ) of Surjit.

Later when Neeraj Chaska was arrested by Chandigarh Police and the opposite gangs got to know about my involvement I got scared and I asked Mukul and Prince that the opposite gang members may kill me. On this, on the directions of prince Mukul provided me one weapon along with cartridges and even two more weapons to my partner namely Sanjeev & Aman”.

Listening to this I got very scared and out -rightly denied. Even last month I was told by prince on whatsapp call that three of his associates Teja, Vijay & Mani, Amanpreet @ Peeta were killed by Punjab Police in an Encounter and also told that today only Mukul supplied them three weapons to kill Baljit Choudhary and Gagan bouncer”.

During the investigation of this case, a new name has emerged i.e Prince of Khuda Lahora presently residing in Canada that he is also one of the main accused/ gang Member of Davinder Bambhia Gang and close associate of Gaurav Patial @ Lucky operating from Canada.
