8 HONOURED WITH MAHILA SHAKTI AWARDS

Mahila Shakti Puraskar 2023 program was organized today by The Jakhar Trust as a part of the International Women's Day celebrations. MLA Sandeep Jakhar was the chief guest of the program. He was joined by Gurbachan Singh Saran, a trustee and Vijay Kataria in honoring women who have made their special identity in various social works in Fazilka district.

Jakhar said that today there is no field which is untouched by women. They expect only three things from the society: trust, opportunity and respect. It is our duty to provide complete freedom to them in every field so that they can contribute fully in the development of the society.

On the occasion, Jaspal Kaur, Janak Rani Sachdeva, Ritika, Gurvinder Kaur, Kaushalya Rani, Asha Rani, Parampaljit Kaur, Seerat Sablok were honored with Mahila Shakti Puraskar 2023 as they have brought laurels to the society in different fields. The event was organized under the supervision of SJTShakti.
