Sector 17 Police reported to have arrested two more accused in the forged trust deed of Gandhi Samark Nidhi of Sector 16, Chandigarh, valued worth multi crores rupees.
On the complaint of Sh. Anand Sharma Secretary. Gandhi Smarak Nidhi PPunjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh and Pattikalyana Distt Panipat, A Case FIR No. 08 Dt. 12. 01.2023U/S419 ,420, 448, 467, 468, 471,120-B IPC was registered, in which he allegedthataccused Dev Raj Tiyagi has registered a new trust namely *Gandhi SmarakNidhi Chandigarh with the connivance of other 4 members without any permission and resulation of Gandhi Smarak Nidhi Central Raj Ghat New Delhi by preparing forge and fabricating documents. During the course of investigation accused secy.of Gandhi SmarakNidhi Chandigarh Dev Raj Tiyagi S/O Ghanshyam was arrested on 13.01.2023. Later he was bailed out for the Distt. Court.
Police said on Tuesday late night that two another trustees of Gandhi SmarakNidhi Chandigarh namely Bhupinder Sharma S/o Sh Sat Paul R/o # 874 ASec_43A, Chandigarh and Naresh Sharma S/o Sh. Ram Chander R/o #17262ndfloorSector 123 Mohali have been arrested and will produce before the today on Wednesday in Distt. Court.
The investigation of the case is going on.
