POLICE ACTION AGAINST ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION COMPANIES, FOUR MORE CASES REGISTERED

Police reported to have booked more immigration companies running without valid license defying order of District Magisterate. Police have booked 33 immigration companies within week after receiving complaints of frauds.

A case FIR No. 54, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against the owner of The Sapper Education Consultancy SCO NO. 64-65 3rd Floor, Sec-17A, Chandigarh who was running Immigration company without license/permit and violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Similarly case FIR No. 55, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against a lady R/o # 1244, Sector-15, Chandigarh (age-38 yrs) who was running Style name updated Immigration Company at SCO No. 1138-39, Sector-22B, Chandigarh. 

A case FIR No. 105, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh against Jasmeet Singh R/o # 528, Sector-41 A, Chandigarh (age-40 years) who was running an Immigration company in the name of jump Shot Overseas at SCO No. 218, 1ST floor, front cabin, Sector-36D without licence/permit and violated the orders of DM. The accused arrested and later on bailed out.  

A case FIR No. 106, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh against Rajat Bajaj (30 Yrs) & Hrithik Bajaj (26 yrs) both R/o Flat No. 202, Society one Rise, Sector-99, Mohali (Pb) who was running an Immigration company in the name of Tac The Admission Consultant SCO 495-496, Sector-35 C Chandigarh without license/permit and violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Accused arrested and later on bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
