BAJAJ FINESERVE DIRECTOR AND MANAGER BOOKED ON ISSUING FAKE SANCTION LETTER OF 3.50 CRORES DUPED 58 LACS

Cyber Police Station reported to have registered a case of  Bajaj Fineserve Ltd , a financial company providing house and consumer products loan to custombers on duping Rs. 58 lacs by issuing fake sanction letter of Rs./ 3.50 by  Manager and Director of the Company.

Police registered case FIR No. 40, U/S 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC  in PS-Cyber, Chandigarh on the complaint of Krishan Chand Sokhey R/o # 1234, Sector 8, Chandigarh who alleged that Rajiv Sharma, Manager and Sanjay Makkar, Director from Bajaj Finserv Limited issued him fake sanction letter of loan of Rs. 3.50 core to the complainant and cheated Rs. 58 lakh from complainant on pretext of depositing the processing fees and taxes in different transactions between July 2020 to 17.12.2022.

No arrest has been made so far. Cyber Police Station investigation.
