A case FIR No. 53, U/S 406, 420 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh on the complaint of Abhishek Nager R/o # 4255, Sec-46/D, Chandigarh who alleged that Gurwinder Singh and others M/s Overseas Study Planner 2nd floor Divuam Complex Sirsa (HR) cheated complainant to the tune of Rs. 14,19,000/- on pretext of providing study visa to Canada.
No arrest has been made so far. Investigation of the case is in progress.
