A two-day 6th Emerald Taekwondo Championship was organized at Carmel Convent School, Sector 9, in which 400 players from different branches of Emerald Martial Arts Academy participated and gave their best performance.
Gauri Parashar, Special Secretary, School Education, Government of Punjab, was present as the chief guest on the last day of the championship. During this, the founder of Emerald Martial Arts Academy, 5th Dan Black Belt (Korea) Master Shivraj Gharti and co-founder Master Kavita Rai Gharti were also present with him.
In this championship young players from Under 3 age group to 20 age group participated and displayed their skills.
The chief guest awarded gold, silver and bronze medals on the last day of the championship.he players displayed their skills in Taekwondo Fight, Breaking, Speed Kicking, Poomse in the championship. In the award ceremony 12 players were awarded black belt by Master Shivraj Gharti.
