TOOK A PLEDGE TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT BY PLANTING TREES.

On the occasion of World Environment Day, Colonel Paramjit  VSM, Commanding Officer of 2nd Chandigarh Battalion NCC gave the message that tree & plants are an integral part of our life and if we want to save the earth, we should plants more and more saplings.

As per the guidelines of Punjab Haryana Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh NCC Directorate, cadets of 2nd Chandigarh Battalion NCC planted 30 plants at Sector 25 Police Shooting Range and took a pledge to save trees, save lives.

And gave the message of environmental protection to the society by planting trees. Explaining the importance of environmental protection by NCC cadets and making people aware, appealed to keep the environment pollution-free, plastic-free and the area green.
