Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan expressed deep grief over the sad demise of the famous actor, director, and producer Mangal Dhillon.
In the condolence message, the Speaker said that the untimely death of the renowned actor, director and film producer Mangal Dhillon, who was born in the village Wandar Jatana in Faridkot district, has left a void that is difficult to fill. He acknowledged that Mangal Dhillon brought fame to the region both nationally and internationally and his passing is a significant loss for the film industry. Mangal Dhillon had been receiving treatment at a hospital in Ludhiana for the past month.
Mangal Dhillon played pivotal roles in numerous acclaimed Hindi and Punjabi films as well as TV serials, earning him prestigious awards and recognition.
The Speaker prayed to the Almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family for bearing the irreparable loss.
