NGO TAMMANA CELEBRATED INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY WITH AN OPEN-AIR YOGA AND MEDITATION SESSION

NGO Tammana celebrated International Yoga Day with an Open-Air Yoga and Meditation Session on Sunday at Vivek High School, Sector 38-B, Chandigarh, in association with Ex Vivekite Association (EVA).

(MOREPIC1)(MOREPIC2)(MOREPIC3)NGO’s Founder President, Isha Kakaria expressed that the aim for 146th event, was to revitalize the mind, body, and spirit of the participants and guide all through a holistic approach to well-being.’

SPOC Anubha Ohri added that the event welcomed individuals of all ages free of cost, creating an inclusive environment for everyone to participate.

(SUBHEAD)The session was led by Dr Manisha Sharma, a certified yoga facilitator and naturopath. She threw light on learning meditation techniques, explore breath work, discover stress-release methods for healing, experience laughter and soul connection other than help all perform various asanas.

Member Harvinder Kaur shared that attendees had the opportunity to not only gain valuable knowledge but also fostered a deeper connection with themselves and their community. The event proved to be a memorable experience, promoting the importance of physical and mental health through the practice of yoga and meditation.
