In a major breakthrough, the Chandigarh Police has succeeded to worked out the three cases of Property crime registered at Police Station Sector-11 by arresting below mentioned 04 accused and apprehended one juvenile. Further stolen items have been recovered from their possession within 24 hours:
Ravi Khan @ Mulla R/o Village Khuda Ali Sher, Chandigarh, Subham R/o Sector 15, Chandigarh. Sumit Kohli R/o Sector 15, Chandigarh, Sourav R/o Sector 25, Chandigarh and one Juvenile (apprehended).
The below mentioned cases have been worked out. Case FIR No. 94 Dt 17.6.23 U/S 379 Add 411 IPC PS 11, CHD. 2. Case FIR No. 95 Dt 17.6.23 U/S 380 Add 411 IPC PS 11, CHD. 3. Case FIR No. 96 Dt 17.6.23 U/S 380 Add 411 IPC PS 11,(SUBHEAD)
Keeping in view of the sensitivity of the property crime, a teamheadedbyInsp Gyan Singh, SHO PS-11, comprising along with other official of PS-11was constituted under the close supervision of Sh. Gurmukh Singh, SDPO/Central tosolvethe cases and the team has shown exemplary dedication towards their duty.
Theydidthe commendable job to worked out the said property crime cases by arrestingtheabove said accused in a very short span of time and recovered the stolen propertyfromtheir possession. All the above accuseds are drug addicts and they commit crimetofulfill their need of drugs. All the accused were produced before Ld. Court and one day police custody remand has been obtained.
