HH SHEIKH ABDULLAH BIN ZAYED AL NAHYAN RECEIVES SWAMI BRAHMAVIHARI

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates, warmly received Swami Brahmavihari, BAPS saints and volunteers at his private palace in Abu Dhabi.

During the hour-long meeting, their conversations spanned across a diverse spectrum of vital international issues and current affairs, encapsulating the essence of their shared values, emphasizing the imperative need of fostering harmony, nurturing tolerance, and advancing global peace.

Swami Brahmavihari expressed his heartfelt gratitude to His Highness on behalf of Mahant Swami Maharaj and BAPS worldwide for personally encouraging and overseeing the development of the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi. Among other topics, His Highness specifically asked about the 7 spires, the carvings of the flora and fauna, and the dimensions and scale of the Mandir.(SUBHEAD)

His Highness was impressed by the remarkable progress achieved in the construction of the BAPS Hindu Mandir and said that “this project is being done by the grace of the Beholder and the passion of the volunteers”.

He expressed a desire to remain updated on the Mandir’s advancements stating that “this project is very special, and its message of global harmony should not end here and now, it should not be limited to the civilizational carvings, but should spread across the world, across space and time.”
HE Omar Saif Ghobash, advisor to HH Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, members of the minister's staff, and BAPS volunteers were also present.
