Organized on the Marwar theme this year, Rajasthani cuisine, churma, dal, gatta curry, ker sangri, Rabari, garlic chutney, bajra roti and besan ki chakki were enjoyed by the people. Culinary expert Nandlal mentioned on the occasion that The United Nations General Assembly in its 75th session has declared 2023 as the International Year of Millets.

(SUBHEAD)It is a matter of great pride and fortune for all of us Rajasthanis that Bajra is abundant in Rajasthan. So, they decided to add something new to the menu for the celebration. This is why dishes using Sri Anna (millet) were prepared.

Spokesperson Pushpa Chaudhary said that Dr. CP Joshi and Dr. Ruma Devi released Indu Barotha's book – `Rajasthani Kaise Sikhe'.
