Both Gate of Sukhna Lake Regulator end were opened and the water from Sukhna lake is being released in Sukhna chow due to which the following roads are closed for traffic movement: . Road on both sides of Village Kishangarh bridge, Road from both sides on Shastri Nagar Brider, Road from both sides of Bridge near CTU workshop and Garcha turn Light point, Road from both sides of bridge on Village Makhan Majra towards Zirakpur side.
Besides of these locations, the road on bridge on Patiala ki Rao chow from Village Dadu Majra side towards Mullanpur Punjab side is also closed for traffic.
Chandigarh Traffic Police advised to adopt alternative routes.
Meanwhile the water flow level of Dhanas Lake has increased and water is overflowing on the road leading from Dhanas towards Sector 14/25 T-point.
