The written examination for the recruitment of 700 posts of Constable (Executive) of Chandigarh Police will be held on 23.07.2023 at 109 centres in the city. The examination timing is 10:00AM to 11.45am.
In this regard, Chandigarh Police has made adequate law & order and security arrangements whereby proper frisking, searching and biometric capturing of fingerprint of candidates will be ensured. Further,
Jammers are also installed at each centre.
Approximately 2500 police officials are deployed on the duty including 12 DSPs, 44 Inspectors and 2188 NGOs/ORs from Police Stations, Traffic and intelligence. 109 special Nakas/patrolling will be placed to prevent use of any illegal means during the conduct of examination. To ensure fair conduct of examination, Chandigarh police has made elaborate and detailed arrangements. Paramilitary force i.e. 2 Coys of RAF has been specially deployed to keep a close eye on any situation
