Shree Shyam Karuna Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) held a community kitchen or 'Bhandara' here, where hundreds of working class people and needy families from the surrounding areas had food. This was the 69th Bhandara held by the NGO.
Amitabh Rungta, Founder , Shree Shyam Karuna Foundation, said that he feels a sense of peace while serving people. Rungta added that he also is always ready to serve the cows and for this he regularly dedicates his time and services at a Gaushala.
Volunteers, Anupama Rungta, Chaitanya Rungta, Pragati Rungta, Deepali Rungta, Sukhpal Singh, Suresh Jangra and others cooperated in the management of Bhandara.
