Chandigarh Police has succeeded to arrest one accused Irran Khan Vill Nasrali, Teh Khanna, Distt Ludhiana Punjab and recovered country made pistol/ DeshiKatta recovered from his possession without license/permit.
On Friday police party was performing naka duty at T-Point near IRB Complex KhudaLahora to Jayanti Devi road and apprehended one person namely Irfan Khan S/o Gulzar R/o VillNasrali, Teh Khanna, Distt Ludhiana PB age 19 years along with Activa No. CH01-CH-6928.
During checking of said person one country made pistol/DeshiKatta recovered from his possession without license/permit. On this Case FIR No. 73, Dt. 04.08.2023, U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in Police Station- Sarangpur, Chandigarh.
On Saturday the accused has been produced before Ld. Court and obtained 2 days police custody remand for further investigation.
