Local Police reported to have solved snatching case by arresting two accused Rakesh S/o Sh. Chirinji Lal R/o Near BusStand, Hanuman Temple, Pinjore Distt PKL HR Age 23 Years and apprehended anotherJuvenile XXX within 36 hours after registration the case.
Police said, case FIR No. 94 dated 25.08.2023 U/S 379A, 34 added 411 IPCPS-MM, Chd has been registered on the complaint of Jiban Kumar Khadka (24yrs) S/oSh. Chandra Bahadur Khadka R/o # 1096/1, Mori Gate, Manimajra, Chd reported that he is working in Jungle Bar restaurant near Kala Gram light point.
On 24.8.23 at around 11.30 PM, after completion his duty, when he was going to his home on foot and reached near Lohia International School, meantime one green & yellow colour Auto (number not known) borne by three miscreants stop near to him.
(SUBHEAD)At that time, he was taking to his Mobile Phone and holding one water bottle in his hand. Then, one boy who was sitting with Driver came to him and demanded for water, on this he hand over the water bottled to him then Driver of the Auto snatched his blue colour Realme mobile Phone bearing sim No. 7069285076 of Vodafona company, covered with blue colour plastic cover comprisingcopyofhis Nepal Citizenship card and fled away from the spot.
Keeping in view the sensitivity of the case, a special teamunder thesupervision Sh. Abhinandan P. SDPO/North East under the leadershipof Insp. Neeraj Sarna, SHO/PS Manimajra comprising other police official was constituted to nab the culprits.
The said team has done the commendable job by arresting one accused Rakesh S/O Sh. Chirinji Lal R/o Near Bus Stand, HanumanTemple, Pinjore Distt PKL HR Age 23 Years & apprehend another juvenile within 36 hours of registration of the case by putting their hard efforts and recovered snatched Mobile Phone Realme along with Auto Rickshaw No. HR68-C-4211 involved in the crime from the possession of accused Rakesh.
During interrogation, it has come to notice that accused Rakesh is also having a past criminal history and case FIR No. 212 of 13.05.2022 U/S 341, 506 IPC and 10 POCSO Act PS Sector 14 Panchkula Haryana has already been registered against him and he was released on bail on 22.05.2023 and committ he said crime.
The Police got two days remand to nab the third accused Karan @ Apple as well as recover the Nepal Citizenship card of victim, whereas juvenile was produced before the JJ Board, which sent him judicial custody.
KNOW THE ACCUSED: The accused Rakesh S/o Chiranji Lal, is still unmarried and studied upto 13th. and professional Auto Driver.
