The All India Pingalwara Charitable Society, Amritsar, devoted to selfless service since more than seven decades, would commemorate foundation day of its branch at village Palaora, Chandigarh on November 25 and 26, featuring a free medical camp and an enlightening Gurmat Samagam.

Mentionably, the All India Pingalwara Charitable Society, founded by the venerable Bhagat Puran Singh Ji in 1947, has been a beacon of hope and compassion in the world of selfless service and was built on the core principles of love, care, and service to humanity.

(SUBHEAD)During a press conference here on Sunday, Dr. Inderjeet Kaur, the chief of this Pingalwara Society, shared her spirited vision and informed that on November 25, a free medical camp, open to the public, would be organised in which distinguished medical practitioners, including eye specialist, compassionate psychiatrist, skilled vascular surgeon, orthopedic expert and a caring internal medicine doctor wound diagnose patients. This day of healing would also witness a blood donation camp, reinforcing the essence of giving and unity. A blood donation camp would also be organised in the morning.

She further added that on November 26 a 'Gurmat Samagam,' would be organised to seek blessings from the revered Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji. The day begins with the 'Bhog of Sri Sehaj Path' at 9 AM, followed by melodious 'Gurbani Kirtan' to be performed by the gifted children of the Pingalwara Society. A spiritually enriching 'Shabad Kirtan' by the Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle would captivate the 'Sangat' at 11 AM, while the Istri Satsang Sabha Palsora would impart the sacred 'Shabad Gian' from 12 PM to 1 PM, spreading the divine teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

Dr. Inderjeet Kaur has extended open invitation to the general public to partake in this medical camp and join the Gurmat Samagam to experience the spiritual harmony.

Dr Inderjeet Kaur further said that the Pingalwara Charitable Society, through its numerous endeavors, including sheltering homeless and abandoned individuals, providing quality healthcare to the underprivileged, and supporting the physically and mentally challenged. The Pingalwara's altruistic efforts have been an inspiration to many and stands as a symbol of hope and humanity.

Among others present on the occasion include Jatinder Singh Aulakh ADGP (Retd), Harpal Singh, medical social worker, Harish Chandar Gulati, Ravinder Kaur, Nirmal Singh and Prakash Chand Jain.
