CM ORDERS TERMINATION OF UCHANA PRINCIPAL MISBEHAVED WITH STUDENTS

Taking strict cognizance of the incident where the principal of Government Senior Secondary School for Girls, Uchana, Jind district had misbehaved with the students, the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal today issued termination orders of the said principal, Kartar Singh. The decision has been taken following the investigation report submitted by the department. 

Divulging more details in this regard, an official spokesperson said that the state government in the exercise of powers conferred upon by virtue of Article 311 (b) of the Constitution had taken this action. 

The spokesperson shared that the report sent by SDM (C) Uchana highlighted statements from several students against the principal's misconduct. Subsequently, considering the seriousness of the case and the allegations against the principal, this action has been taken. Notably, the accused had already been arrested by the police, and a female principal had been appointed at the respective school, along with the appointment of 16 new staff members.
