EMPOWERING SECTOR OFFICERS: TRAINING AND ORIENTATION PROGRAM FOR GENERAL ELECTIONS 2024

A comprehensive Training and Orientation Program for Sector Officers in preparation for the upcoming General Elections 2024 was successfully conducted under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Vinay Pratap, Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer, Chandigarh. The event took place at the Multipurpose Hall of the New U.T. Secretariat Building in Sector 9, Chandigarh.

During the program, Sector Officers were thoroughly briefed on their pivotal roles and responsibilities in the forthcoming General Elections, 2024. A State Level Master Trainer conducted detailed sessions on vulnerability mapping, equipping officers with essential skills and insights.

To enhance the learning experience, some Sector Officers shared valuable insights from their past experiences, contributing to a collaborative and enriching atmosphere.

Mr. Vinay Pratap, in his address, emphasized the significance of Sector Officers in the electoral process and provided a clear understanding of their expected roles.

The training and orientation program concluded with a commitment to ongoing learning, with further sessions scheduled in the coming days to ensure that Sector Officers are well-prepared for the challenges and responsibilities ahead in the electoral process.
