Sector 39 Police Station reported to have registered a case FIR No. 15, U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Suniel Kumar, Authorized Representative, Polynesia Maritime Pvt Ltd, SCO No. 86, Sector 44C, Chandigarh on duping 80 lacs.
The complaint who alleged that Gurdeep Singh R/o 13, Fintrade Consultancy, Plot No. 227, Phase -9, Industrial Area, Mohali, PB and others cheated total of Rs. 80 lakh from complainant regarding sanctioning of loan to the complainant for shipping business between 09.03.2019 to 12.06.2019.
No arrest has been made so far. Investigation of the case is in progress.
