HARYANA GOVT SEEKS FEEDBACK ON ONLINE TRANSFER POLICY AMENDMENT

The Haryana Government has decided to amend its Online Transfer Policy, 2020, with the aim of streamlining the process of employee transfers. The objective is to ensure equitable distribution of employees of a particular cadre at different places in a fair and transparent manner and to maximize job satisfaction among employees to improve departmental performance.

Giving this information here today, Mr. Sanjeev Kaushal, Chief Secretary stated that to achieve this objective, the government has initiated a consultation process with Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments in Haryana. The State Government has invited views and suggestions from all concerned stakeholders before finalizing the amendment. Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments are requested to submit their feedback on the draft amendment within 15 days. Failure to provide input within the stipulated timeframe will be construed as agreement with the proposed changes outlined in the draft notification.
