In Case FIR No. 13, dated 18.02.2024, Under Section 379 A, 34 IPC & added 411 IPC Police Station-Mauli Jagran, UT, Chandigarh. Swiftly Action Taken in the case of snatching near Sukhna Chow Forest Area Hallomajra, Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh.
Police Station-Mauli Jagran responded promptly to case of the snatching near Sukhna Chow Forest Area Hallomajra, Mauli Jagran,Chandigarh. The incident occurredon 17.02.2024 at about 09:40 Pm and information regarding the same was reportedat PS-Mauli Jagran through the Police Control Room.
In a significant development, the diligent efforts of MS. Kanwardeep Kaur, W/SSP, UT Chandigarh, Sh. Mridul, W/SP-City, Chandigarh, Sh. P. Abhinandan, SDPO/North-East, and a dedicated team of Inspector/SHO Satnam Singh, SHO/PS-Mauli Jagran, swiftly dispatched a team led by HC Karamveer Singh and other police officials.
As per complaint,on 17.02.2024 victim Ram Avadh S/o Girdhari Kushwaha R/oH.No.297/A, Sunder Nagar, Chandigarh, Age 45 years was returning to his home from job and when he reached near Sukhna Chow Forest Area Hallomajra,in the meanwhile two Unknown boys came there and snatched away his one mobile phone make Samsung,cash 5000/- and Aadhar card and ran away towards Hallomajra.In response to this, a case has been registered against unknown persons.
During the course of investigation on 24.02.2024,accused persons i.e. 1) RahulSaini @ Chela S/o JokoSaini R/o Plot no. 241, Hotel tricity, Dariya, Chandigarh age- 22 years, 2) Robin Kumar S/o Hira Lal R/o BaghwaliGali, Dariya, Chandigarh age- 24 years has been arrested.
One snatched mobile phone make Samsung recovered from the possession of accused Robin Kumar. Cash Rs. 1300/- and one Aadhar Card No. 566361485315 also recovered from the possession of accused Rahul Kumar @ Chela. Section 411 IPC added accordingly.he further investigation is going on.
