UT ADMIN CANCELLED ZANNAT BREWERIES’S LICENSE FOR VIOLATION, EXCISE DEPTT. SEALED BOTTLING PLANT

Sh Vinay Pratap Singh, Deputy Commissioner cum Excise & Taxation Commissioner, UT Chandigarh issues orders for cancellation of license of Zannat Breweries – a bottling plant for violation under Excise Act.

Based on the information received from sources, inspection was conducted on the bottling plant and based on the discrepancies found during inspections, notice was issued to the licensee.

Upon hearing the licensee, an order for cancellation of license has been issued by Excise-Taxation Commissioner, Sh. Vinay Pratap Singh.

Bottling Plant has been sealed by the officials of Excise Department.
