WORLD LAUGHTER DAY: YOGA SESSION HELD WITH BOLLYWOOD DANCE

As a part of World Laughter Day on Sunday, Chandigarh Traffic Police organized a special laughter yoga session at Traffic and Security Lines, Sector-29, Chandigarh in association with Ketawa – Center for Behavior Change for Chandigarh Traffic and Security Police officials, aimed to honor the unwavering dedication and commitment of the of the Traffic and Security Force in safeguarding the well-being
of our city residents.

Nearly 100 traffic and security police personnel enthusiastically participated in the laughter yoga session, transforming the environment into a lively Ho-Ho-HaHa arena. Led by Dr. Nidhi Jaswal, the participants indulged in a series of laughter exercises, including greeting laughter, appreciation laughter, lion laughter, lassi laughter, laughter cream laughter, and seat belt laughter. The session culminated in a vibrant laughter Bollywood dance, spreading joy and laughter all around.

The session was organized with the support of Mr. Sumer Pratap Singh, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police (Traffic and Security). During the laughter Session Mrs. Harjeet Kaur, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Traffic/Admn. & South), Inspector Paramjeet Kaur Sekhon (Traffic/Admin.) and all Traffic Inspectors were  present and actively participated in the session. Mrs Harjir Kaur, DSP/ Traffic/Admin
honored the doctors and members with mementos.
