Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Sh. Gian Chand Gupta, has declared the seat of the 76-Badshahpur Assembly constituency vacant consequent upon the death of the MLA from this constituency, Sh. Rakesh Daultabad, with effect from May 25, 2024.
A notification to this effect has been issued by the Haryana Vidhan Sabha Secretariat.
