Later, alleged person Khushpal Singh R/o Flat No. 26, Block-B2, Dera Bassi, Distt- Mohali (PB) Age 46 Years has been arrested in this case.

A case FIR No. 57, U/S 420, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh on the complaint of Surinder Kumar R/o Village-Kera khera, Distt- Fazilka (PB) who alleged that M/S Canadian West Consultancy and others, Cabin No. 203, SCO No. 186-87, second floor, Sector-8/C, Chandigarh cheated complainant of Rs. 3,31,000/- regarding sending complainant to abroad with work permit. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Investigation of the case is in progress.
