DISAPPOINTED WITH RESULT OF PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS, VICTIMS DEMAND RE-INVESTIGATION

(MOREPIC1) Face2News/Chandigarh

Panchkula resident Anil Singla held a press conference today at the Chandigarh Press Club and accused his sister Neelam Bansal, brother-in-law Manoj Bansal and his son Agosh Bansal of assaulting and threatening to kill his family members. Dissatisfied with the action of the Panchkula police, the victim also demanded re-investigation in the two complaints registered earlier.

While speaking to reporters, the victim said that he lives in Sector 6 Panchkula with his wife Babita, two children and mother Santosh Kumari. There is a 100 square yard plot in Dhakoli, Zirakpur registered in the name of his mother, for which his sister Neelam Bansal and brother-in-law Manoj Kumar Bansal are threatening to kill me & my son Aahil Singla.

He told that in 2021, I, my self Anil Singla & My son Aahil Singla and Manoj Bansal's son Agosh Bansal and wife Neelam Bansal had bought house number 269 in Sector 6 Panchkula in equal share, which had a loan of Rs 3 crore 30 lakh from Axis Bank Chandigarh. The installments of the loan were paid to the bank every month in equal share.

(SUBHEAD)After this, Manoj Bansal along with the bank employees issued a cheque of more than Rs 1 crore in his name. Following which, Agosh Bansal authorized his father Manoj Bansal to complete the registration process. After which he started forcing his authority over the complete house and started threatening my family through miscreants. He also added that Agosh Bansal and Neelam Bansal, equal shareholders of this Kothi, permitted me to reside in the Kothi.

He said that even after this he transferred Rupees 30 lakh from different banks to Manoj Bansal's son Agosh Bansal but they continued to threaten and assault the victim, for which, a separate complaint has been registered in Police Station Sector 6 Panchkula. He demanded the police administration to do justice in the mentioned case.

Anil Singla said that now by transferring a false case to Ambala CIA 2, they are pressurizing to transfer all the property in their name, while legally the area of all these cases falls in Panchkula Jurisdiction.
