As a part of the Sindhupati Maharaja Dahirsen Jayanti celebrations, painting and speech competition was held at Government Girls School by Padampur Rajasthan Sindhi Academy Jaipur Sindhi Samaj Samiti.
Results were declared under the leadership of Principal Pushpa Pandey, Principal Rajpal Kaur Sandhu, teachers Daulat Suthar and Manoj Kumar.
Winners included Vineeta, Kushmeet Kaur, Aruna, Bhoomi, Payal and Preeti. Rajasthan Sindhi Academy and Sindhi Samaj Samiti honoured the winners.
Pushpa Pandey, while thanking the Rajasthan Sindhi Academy and Sindhi Samaj Samiti, said that making students aware of the lives of great people through such events is a positive innovation, it helps us to remember our ancestors, martyrs and patriots and gives an opportunity to take inspiration from them.
Samiti Chairman Ghanshyam Harwani said that the supreme life of Sindhupati Samrat was dedicated and sacrificial for the national interest, which will be remembered as an inspiration for ages.
