A Case FIR No. 147 U/S 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Kuldeep Singh R/o # 17A Police Colony Manimajra Chd. against Sandeep Singh @ Satvir Sandhu, Vikramjeet Singh, Warish Chauhan, Neha and others Employees of VISA Spots Service Pvt. Lt. SCO No. 181, 182, 2nd FLOOR Sector- 17, Chandigarh. they cheated him on the pretext to send abroad and took approx Rs. 15 lack rupees from him, but neither the said person send abroad nor returned their money.
In another case FIR No. 132 U/S 406, 420, 120B IPC has been registered in Police Station-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Harmohanjeet Singh R/o # 252, Lane No. 3, Sant Avenue Amritsar Pb against Gurinder Singh Guri, Gurcharan Singh CA, Ajay Mehta and others, they cheated him on the pretext to send abroad and took approx Rs. 14 lack rupees from him, BUT neither the said person send abroad nor returned their money. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sunil Mishra Deputy Manager The Tribune Trust Sec-29C Chandigarh against Rama Shanker Mishra owner of M/S Sapna Advertising Agency, who cheated with complainant’s Rs. 5681807/- by booking the advertisement as authorized by tribune trust.
