DESH BHAGAT RADIO AND STATE BANK OF INDIA CONDUCTED A WALKATHON ON SWACHHTA

Desh Bhagat Radio FM 107.8 Aap Ki Awaaz and State Bank of India organized a walkathon dedicated to Swachhta Hi Sewa -2024. On this occasion, SBI Chief General Manager Krishan Kumar was the chief guest and Dr Tajinder Kaur Pro-Chancellor of DBU was the special guest.

(MOREPIC1)Before flagging off the walkathon, Mr Krishan Kumar highlighted the importance of Swachhta Hi Sewa, swabhav Swachhta, Sanskar swachhta and informed about the schemes being run by the Bank for the swachhta in the country. Pro-Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University Tajinder Kaur congratulated everyone on this event and said that every citizen of India should take responsibility to clean their surroundings and keep themselves fit.

She said that Desh Bhagat Radio is always committed to spread the message to clean india and fit india. The event was organised under the guidance of DB Radio station head RJ Sangmitra. Sangmitra congratulated everyone on this event.

On this occasion officers and staff members of SBI were present. The awareness run was started from State Bank Local Head Office Sector 17 and passed through Matka Chowk, AG Office, Chandigarh Municipal Corporation Office and ended at SBI LHO. The children, women and elders of the city participated in it with great enthusiasm. Refreshments,T-shirts, caps and certificates were awarded to the participants of the race.
