HOLIDAY DECLARED IN FOUR PRIMARY SCHOOLS OF HARYANA DUE TO RISING POLLUTION AND SMOG

Primary schools in four districts of Haryana have been closed. Children up to class 5 will not be called to these schools. Their studies will be online.

The districts where holiday has been declared include Gurugram, Rohtak, Sonipat and Jhajjar. Earlier, schools in Delhi have been closed. Let us tell you that Grape 3 has been implemented in Delhi-NCR due to pollution.

14 cities of Haryana fall in NCR. In view of this, the state education department had given freedom to the deputy commissioners of all the districts that they can take a decision on holiday after assessing the situation of pollution and smog. After these 4 districts, schools can be closed in 10 more cities.

These include Faridabad, Nuh, Rewari, Panipat, Palwal, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Mahendragarh, Jind and Karnal.
