ROAD SAFETY AWARDS 2024 TO BE GIVEN ON NOV 27

The Road Safety Awards ceremony, a premier event recognizing outstanding contributions to road safety, will take place on Nov 27 at PWD Rest House, Sector 1, Panchkula. The awards celebrate the remarkable efforts of individuals, organizations, and communities that have made significant strides in reducing road accidents and promoting responsible road usage.

The Awards function will be attended by senior police officials from across the tricity. The chief guest of the event will be Sh Rakesh Kumar Arya IPS Commissioner Of Police Panchkula.The Event is being organized by the Panchkula Tarffic Police & Road Safety Organization Panchkula (RSO).

Deep Krishan Chauhan, Chairman, Road Safety Organization, said, “The Road Safety Awards aim to recognize and celebrate the efforts of individuals, organizations, and communities that are making a difference in road safet y. By acknowledging excellence and innovation, the awards inspire a culture of responsibility and encourage ongoing efforts to create safer roads for all.”

Ankur Kapoor, President, The Road Safety Organization Dist Panchkula, said, “Awards ceremony serves as a powerful reminder of the collective responsibility everyone shares in creating safer roads for all and future generations. The function will bring together a diverse group of road safety advocates, government officials, industry leaders, and community members.”

The announcement was made at a press conference, which was attended by Navdeep Bedi, Karan Bagla, Sunil Khosla, Nitin Sharma, Mohinder Narula Akshay Tickoo, Lakshay Sharma, Mukesh Chauhan and other volunteers of RSO.
