After accessing the seriousness of the situation, the Pilot and staff members of Air India initiated the emergency landing to ensure the wellbeing of the passenger, Mr. Sandeep Passey, a resident of Panchkula, Haryana.

Air India flight A1308, which departed from New Delhi at 2:20 PM, landed at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow at approximately 4:30 PM.
