Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) Bus service w.e.f. 23.01.2025 to 26.02.2025 from Chandigarh to Prayagraj for Maha Kumbh 2025, was flagged off by Sh. Diprava Lakra, IAS, Secretary Finance and Secretary Transport, UT Chandigarh Administration in the presence of Sh. Pradhuman Singh, HCS, Director Transport-cum-Divisional Manager, CTU and other officials of Chandigarh Administration at ISBT-17, Chandigarh.
Maha Kumbh Mela, an iconic spiritual fair in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh is underway and will last upto 26 February, 2025. Therefore, to facilitate the devotees of Chandigarh city and its nearby areas, CTU has started this bus service from ISBT-17, Counter No. 26 from Chandigarh to Prayagraj via Delhi, Sikandrabad and Kanpur. The said bus service will ply as per following details:
